Manz "Pomar do Espírito Santo" Portugal, Lisboa. Blend of native Portuguese grapes Touriga Nacional, Aragonês and Castelão. Aged in oak and stainless steel for 12 months followed by 6 month aging in the bottle. Full bodied with flavors and aromas of plum, raspberry jam and a hint of espresso. Pairs well with red meat, spicy sausages, root vegetable risotto or bleu cheeses.
